  Horrible service. I placed an order at 7:47PM and estimated time for pick up was 8:02PM. I arrived there at 8:40PM and it still wasn’t ready—they hadn’t even gotten started on it. I understand that because it was a BOGO deal day, the ladies must’ve been tired and busy, but at least an apology for the wait would’ve been nice. Management should have staffed the store better so that the two people working would have had more support to handle the large volume of orders. I placed 2 separate orders. They started making the first one 5 minutes after I arrived—mind you my order was supposed to be ready more than 30 mins earlier. Then I asked them about the second order and they said they don’t have it, even though I received confirmation for it on email. After waiting another 10 minutes, they were curious as to why I was just standing there and I told them I am waiting for my second order… as if I didn’t just explain that to them. Because they somehow lost my order, I had to go and tell them all the customizations. Some things I requested were out of stock too like mango salsa and black beans. Waste of time and money. They skimped out on toppings and sauces—the bowl was half empty. They didn’t even have the decency to apologize for the wait and confusion for losing my order???? A few customers were also turned away because they were supposedly out of stock of everything. To add to this, the floor was dirty and they had a bin with what appeared to be rice inside placed on the floor with no lid. That is a food and safety hazard. Vegetable pieces were on the floor and there was a wet mop in the back of house seeping all over the floor. Definitely wouldn’t come back to any Mucho Burrito establishment after this. Waste of time, money, and generally does not seem food safe due to lack of cleanliness in the store.

  On a really busy day like buy one get one the store owner only had two (!) staff working when I went to pick up my order at 8:30 p.m. Huge delays, bowl when I finally got it was light on toppings and pretty flavour lacking. The two ladies in the store didn't seem to be moving pretty quickly they're probably tired from being overworked. Oliver they were speaking in a different language the entire time not English and who knows what's being said, could be skipping me over. In Canada the two official languages are English and French and those that only ones that should be speaking in the business when you're customer facing. 1/5 stars do not recommend. Bar burrito is leagues better on all fronts. Thanks for your time. This will be my first and last time coming to mucho burrito

  Today they had a BOGO offer so I thought to try this place out. When I arrived there was one person working there only and a lineup out the door. We waited. Online orders and Ubers pushing their way ahead of everyone. We waited. Second staff person arrived and then we watched as raw chicken was being cooked touching cooked chicken on the grill. Then they used the same tongs to flip raw and cooked chicken. Lettuce was brown. Half the menu items were apparently out of stock. We left.

  I ordered burrito 🌯 today and now I regret eating it. I’m having stomach issues and I should not have picked this location. Not sure how old were the rice sitting there which I added to my burrito. It’s been 4 hours and I’m still not feeling fine after those bites. I should have picked other options in that plaza to eat.

  Closed store at 9.54 denied to take my order and i came after driving 30 mins. Completely disappointed. She said i was alone so i closed the restaurant.
