  Oh they made a horrible mess of this sub. Ask for a little mayo and mustard and he Just globbed it all on there. Then I asked if he can break a hundred before making the sandwich so I don't have to deal with it at the till and the lady beside him starts saying oh lots of money and continuing to talk about me in another language kind of rude when it's right in front of your face. I mean at least if she said it in English then I could be a part of the conversation about me. Though the manager did split the hundred which was nice of him, I guess

  30% of the time they screw up my order. Today I got a 12 inch cold cut just to receive a 6 inch sub with extra meat. Who’s getting a 6 inch with extra meat? The other time I got tomatoes and cucumbers on a meatball sub. The overall rating makes sense now.

  Staff is very polite and food is very good and testy. Also store is very clean and they take care of hygiene.

  I placed an order for pickup. It clearly says tuna and not toasted, but my sub was hot so I assumed they just toasted it. No. They gave me meatballs instead of tuna. I don’t know how you mess that up. I called and they said they can remake it, but I picked it up before work so I can’t go back. My toppings were not meant for meatballs, it is gross. Inserted is a picture of my receipt and the sub given to me. I wanted a refund but they wouldn’t give it to me.
