  Terrible customer service. I been to this location a few times and it’s the same rude man with bad attitude. This place needs to give their staff proper training on how to treat customers.

  The staff was very rude! He was really impatient as I was selecting my choice of toppings. He keeps saying “and” multiple times. I felt like I was being pushed to pick my veggies and not given enough time to think. I don’t think any customer service would want to have their customers being stressed. I also grabbed some napkins and the staff was swearing in his own language right in front of me. Avoid this location!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Me and my wife came last night and the person at the front was very rude. Right from the start, he didn’t greet us with respect. In addition, when we asked to modify the sandwiches, he felt like we were giving him additional work but the place was empty at the time. Furthermore, I can hear him talking in his own language right in front of my wife when she simply grabbed a few napkins. We also ordered another sandwich and noticed that he placed the paper right above where the garbage was. My wife noticed that the edge of the sub touched the garbage bag. The cleanliness of hygiene in the store was obviously not met: the chairs, tables and amount of flies was just uncalled for.
