  Worst subway location ever! Highly disrespectful and unprofessional staff. I ordered online and guy at the counter said "I cannot make your order because it has too many toppings" and alll this without saying sorry or apologizing. When I told him it is not a new order, I already ordered from this location last time and this is a reorder for the same order, he challenged me that it is impossible. When I showed him my order history, he had no reply. That's most arrogant and disrespectful behavior. If no action is taken against this employee, I will write to the head office. This guy wore hat and glasses and was working at 4PM on July 29.

  Very disappointing experience. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely asked if my footlong sub could be packed separately, and he refused with a bad attitude instead of helping respectfully. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable, and it seemed like he treated customers differently based on who they were. Customer service should be respectful and equal for everyone. I would not recommend this location.

  The staff are always so welcoming and they know our order as we walk in! They’re the best! And the sandwiches are perfect :)
