  When I got there, there were two workers and one of them was making a pick up order. The other one was helping other customers neither of them even acknowledge me literally didn't even look up at me or say I'll be right with you. I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting to be served and then when I was served, I clearly told them what I wanted And even after I said I didn't want the grilled vegetables on it. She still put grilled vegetables on it, and when I pointed it out, she gave me a look and seemed annoyed, then asked me what kind of meat I wanted and I was confused cause I already told her what kind I wanted at the start when I ordered And then when I said, I only wanted a little bit of hot salsa. She put a shit ton on it and when I went to go pay at the end, I showed her my rewards card because I knew I had a free burrito and she tried to tell me that I have to pay first and I'm like why do I have to pay if I have a free burrito And she was saying that it was just the reward but I explained to her that I already have the free one so I don't know why she was so annoyed, but I really hope her day gets better and I also hope that she doesn't treat other customers like this because other people Who aren't as calm as I am would've gotten really upset by how she was treating me.

  Take this as you will. The food is typical fast food style Mexican. Have been going here for over 10 years. The people are good, the food is good enough, but the old menu was waaay better.

  We just stopped for lunch during a lacrosse tournament and the service was exceptional, restaurant was clean, and food delish. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

  Food portion is not mucho, hardly any pulled pork, ended up eating rice burrito with a taste of few pork pieces. Not new to mucho burrito, have been going to downtown toronto location quite regularly, but first time tried the Bowmanville location, we ordered pulled pork burrito mucho size, which was not actually mucho, where mostly it was rice filled in the burrito, hardly any protein. Spoilt my dinner experience. Thanks for your reply if you chose to comment back, as I wont be able to reply, but you guys really need to work on your portion sizing, spent $18 for burrito not for rice wrap.
