  I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location due to poor customer service and a lack of attention to customers waiting in line. I had been standing and waiting to place my order when another customer and her child walked in and took my place in line. What was frustrating was that the employee serving customers had clearly seen me waiting there first, yet still proceeded to serve them without acknowledging the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers should be treated fairly and served in the order they arrive. Being overlooked and ignored made me feel disrespected as a customer. Because of how this situation was handled, my sister and I decided to leave instead of placing an order. As a result, this experience cost Taco Bell two customers that day. I hope staff can improve their awareness and customer service to ensure situations like this are handled fairly in the future.

  Happy Good Friday to the Taco Bell team. The staff were friendly despite the holiday rush, my order was accurate, and the food was fresh and served quickly. I appreciated that they were open and providing good service on a busy day. Thanks to the team for their hard work!

  Doesn't take coupons and shows up as closed online where they say to use the coupons. 10/10 service.
