  I had a wonderful experience at the Subway on 48 Dundas Street, Belleville. Neat and clean and welcoming atmosphere. The associate Lakshi provided outstanding customer service. She was very polite, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She attended to every customer with patience and professionalism, making sure everyone’s order was prepared correctly. Lakshi is well-mannered, well-spoken, and has a positive attitude that makes the experience enjoyable. She works efficiently while maintaining excellent communication and always serves customers with a smile. Her dedication and exceptional service truly stand out. Employees like Lakshi make customers want to come back. Keep up the great work!

  Subway offers fresh and tasty sandwiches with plenty of options to choose from. The ingredients are usually fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. It’s a good choice for a quick, affordable meal.

  Unexpectable guys … I had my sub n was badly made . Seriously this is my third time I m experiencing this I don’t want to write this but why I should not . I m paying you to get a good quality food but in return what I got was a taste less food . And yes the approach was not welcoming , the staff is working right now was not interested in taking orders . I felt so bad after having the sub . I will never come back again . Thanks

  I was not impressed with whoever was working the cash tonight (Thursday, July 16th at about 10:15 PM). She had her boyfriend and another friend hanging out with her at the counter when I walked in, and another customer had just walked out with a sub on my arrival. When she greeted me I asked how she was doing. Her response was “How do you think when you’re walking in at closing time?” I asked her to make sure closing was 11 PM and checked my phone in that moment to see that the time was still only 10:18. She said something along the lines of “Yeah, but still…” I laughed it off because I thought she was kind of joking, but then she continued on the entire time she made my sandwich about all the tasks she still had to get done by herself and how she doesn’t get paid after 11 PM if she still has to be there (which is horrendous on the employer’s part if that’s truly the case). She then proceeded to tell me to “meet her boyfriend” and asked if I liked the shirt she bought him??? After another long speech about all the inventory she has to do, how she now has to go back and bring up more of the vegetarian patties I asked for, clean her spoon again, etc. I told her both of my sisters have worked at Subway - I know the drill. Everything she was complaining about is in the basic job description. I’ve also worked customer service jobs and run my own business, and it’s definitely demoralizing at times. But it is NEVER acceptable to shame or ridicule a customer because you have an issue with your job or employer. That kind of behaviour is a reflection of you and your character alone. And for employers who allow or cause this kind of behaviour, your customers may not remember all the details of their interactions with your employees but they will remember how it made them feel. And I can tell you it was not good. Needless to say, the whole experience put me off this place.
