  Closed? Looks abandoned inside. But google still says open. No sign on the door. But looks like appliances have been ripped out. No one answers the phone. No signs of life (dinner time on a Friday…). Closed up shop and forgot to tell anyone?

  I could not give this a lower rating. By far the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered food set for pick up at 5:15, when I arrived at 5:10 I was informed that they made it at 2:00 when I placed the order. I was not upset or anything, I assumed they would understand the error when I showed them my receipt. I was wrong. They responded that it is ready for 5:15 and said I could heat it up at home. Insane. I asked for them to remake it, again being polite, and was told no. At this moment the owner walked in and I told him what happened, I received no response from him. Just a blank stare. i asked the lady if he was the owner and she would not tell me. I worked in fast-food I understand difficult customers, this wasn't that. Do not support this branch. The owner is rude and disrespectful, and they do not follow food safety protocols. Leaving food out at food temperature for hours and then recommending the client reheat it, is against food safety. No acknowledgement of their mistake, no apology, nothing.
