  Whoever the management is at this establishment, sincerely, take into consideration that your staff are very bad with customers, Do not know simple addition and subtraction and calculators to calculate how much change is in front of them, And make a horrible experience and name to the restaurant. If you’d like your business to succeed, I highly suggest doing the opposite of exactly what you’re doing right now. My visit started with waiting in line for almost 20 minutes while families in front of the ordered which is fine however, I did note that the staff seemed a little bit clueless towards what was going on around them and prolonged wait times. When it came my turn to pay, I had accidentally mixed some British pence (two coins) Into my mix of change that I had given the lady. She was absolutely starstruck by this as she stared into The foreign coins For about two minutes while I apologize and said, I would take them back and give her back dimes. She did not respond to me and continued to stare at the coins that I had given her, unresponsive. After a few minutes I took back the 2 British pence and gave her back two (Canadian) dimes to which she stared at all of my Canadian coins, Looking at each one closely to ensure it wasn’t a British pence, even though I had repetitively told her they were Canadian. She tried to return from my change back to me because she claimed that they were Brazilian Currency and seemed to completely confused as to what was going on. I would say the time it took for her to count up my two dollars worth of coins that I had put in front of her took about 10 minutes, After my wait for the families in front of me, I was pretty pissed off so to say. I had told her so many times over and over that I was really in a rush and I just needed five dollars back In exchange for what I had given her, and she just completely ignored me. I literally will never go to this restaurant again because of this experience.

  Had a great experience at Mucho Burrito. Really good food. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the staff service was excellent, friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place!

  Whether you get a bowl or burrito, there is a lot of rice and beans used as filler. The food was tasty but too pricey for the amount you get.

  I ordered a mucho size burrito but got regular portion size until I stopped the small lady working there. I think new hires need more training before being there by themselves
