  Placed an order through the app, I arrived when it said I should expect my order for pickup and they hadn’t even started my order. Fine I’ll wait, no problem. Once they finally had made them, 2/3 subs were made incorrect, one was even spicy although nothing it came or we ordered should have been. This place has really gone downhill.

  Tried kicking my girlfriend out for having a service dog. Tried explaining Multiple times that it's a service dog and she needs the dog with her. She would not listen. So instead of arguing any further we just walked out.

  Kept arguing and trying to kick us out for having a service dog. Tried to explain to the lady that there is no legal way or reason to not allow us while we were trying to order. So we just left to not escalate further

  Usually we have a great experience at subway, usually get dinner on the way home. But today was the exact opposite. I walked in to grab a sub and a power bowl and the older lady that was there blantantly ignored my order and request. I had to have her almost redo it. She ignored my request for bacon and then when I had them put it on later I got side eyed and talked about out loud to the guy behind the counter, the 2 younger girls were very friendly and nice to deal with. Checking out, the guy was very rude. I will never go back if the 2 other people are working.
