  Had Steak and cheese…6”… very little steak, not even a full scoop. 6” BLT…spinach was mushy…way too much sauce…wouldn’t use the lettuce it was brown and something on it was VERY peppery. Gave a 4 for service, had a trainee start the sub…he was very green but I gave him the benefit of the doubt hence the 4.

  I had an italian BMT a couple of weeks ago for the first time and the bun was so soft and fresh and the Ingredients tasted great with just the right amount of mayo. So tonight I ordered one again and couldn't wait. Well my delight came crashing down hard at first touch. Thebun was hard and so stale all the way thru. It had to be at least 3 days old!!!! There was way too much mayo.. It was dripping out everywhere. It was not appetizing at all!!! I had to slice the top of the top of the bun off. I was very disappointed and will not be ordering that again. This was an on line order which may not be the way to go. In person I can check things out first and if the ingredients aren't up to snuff, I can just leave and go elsewhere for better quality food.
