- NGNeda GaudetSep 26, 20261.0Terrible experience. The 2 workers were extremely rude. My husband was in washroom and they rushed us to order. We spend $51 and my daughter had a fever so asked for a cup. Wanted to mix the apple juice we purchased with water. They said they don’t have cups so we asked for a soup container so we could hydrate her and give some juice to my son who was not sick. Customer appreciation and value should come above inventory! For $51 spend we should be respected enough to be given a soup container so my toddler with fever could have some juice purchased from the store. They were extremely rude and dismissive. Will definitely not support a business that has no customer appreciation or respect or customer service and will report to franchise. To deny a little girl a soup container when we purchased a footlong, soup, drink, 2 6 inch subs and 2 bags of chips is just plain awful. And the rudeness of the 2 woman working. Unacceptable to say the least. They need head office to train them cause they are misrepresenting company!

- JJJoanneJun 25, 20262.0I placed an order on tge app, when I arrive to pick up the lady tells me I cant get mynorder and have to pay again. Not helpful treated like I was trying to rip them off. No customer service skill , no care for the customer. Calls her boos and speaks a different language then tells me to leave or ill the authorities will be called. No help what's so ever. Stay clear. IT WAS NOT REFUNDED. I HAD TO GOTO A DIFFERENT STORE AND PAY A 2ND TIME.
