  I would like to report a tragedy that occurred at this location today. I drove from almost 45 minutes away to attended this “pristine” Taco Bell location. Upon my arrival, all I was met with was disappointment. This location lacks - pink baja blast - tomatoes (are we serious) - fire sauce (not very nice to our spicy food lover friends) I didn’t even get tickets to the concert, all I wanted was a pink baja blast! The workers here were so kind and understanding of the situation. But the issue here at hand is with BIG taco. The negligence of the Taco Bell corporation in the recent years has gotten out of hand. This is making me reconsider giving my money here. This was a very hoid experience and I probably won’t pou up here again. Sincerely, A good foid working for the people of Barrie :) Foid Boid out

  We are a big family with a baby and young children with orders that need to be customized for dietary restrictions. We asked if we could order in person and were denied the opportunity. We were redirected to the kiosk where we had to struggle alongside two other families. When I complained to the manager afterwards, she said we could have asked for help yet the help we had asked for was never given. The drink my husband ordered was not available in the restaurant yet it was an option in the kiosk. When the manager herself gave us the drinks and I said that is not what we ordered, she said they did not have the drink we wanted and so she had decided which drink we should have instead. Unbelievable. You have to be buzzed into the restroom and once you get in, it is absolutely filthy. You’d think the time they save on helping customers they can keep the Washrooms clean…

  I don't know how anyone could mess up a taco bell franchise but these guys have found a few ways. washrooms have a hidden release behind the counter to open the door - but absolutely no signage to say you have to ask to use them. There's also almost never anyone at the actual counter, and you have to order and pay at a kiosk. So if you have questions or id rhey mess up your order or forget a sauce or something you have to stand at the counter for up to 10 minutes to speak to someone. They recently removed the fountain soda machines - so that's either the end of free in-store refills or if its not you have to wait at the counter again for a staff member to show up. ive been here about 5 times now and they have never given me napkins, now there's not even any available in the dining area. I won't be back.

  We stopped here on Thursday. I ordered a taco supreme combo with fries supreme at the kiosk. Its literally been my order since I was a kid. They gave me 2 normal tacos with nachos supreme. The location was less than tidy, with lines of receipts coming out of all 3 kiosks. The floors were pretty dirty too. They gave a lot of hot sauce though so points there.

  Personally I thought it was great spending almost $100 to get tacos made the wrong way. But to have them attempt to correct the order by making them the exact wrong way again. Definitely typical of just about anywhere in Barrie.
