  Once again, I am extremely disappointed with our recent order from this location. I thought we would give them another chance as they have a buy one get one free deal. We ordered two footlong Steak and Cheese subs online @7:15pm to be ready for 8:00 PM, but the quality was honestly terrible. Both subs were supposed to be toasted, but were completely cold. The bread was very dry and hard, while the steak was mushy, fatty, and hard to eat. To make matters worse, the toppings were completely ignored: one sub was missing cheese entirely while the other barely had any. My request for extra pickles, spinach, and garlic aioli was non-existent, and the extra mayonnaise I requested for the second sub was missing—my husband actually had to add his own from our fridge just to make it edible. The "crispy" onions were also mushy! Even though we were very hungry, we didn't even finish them because they were that bad! This isn't the first time we’ve had a poor experience at this specific location. Given the lack of care and quality control, I will not be returning. I understand why there are so many poor reviews. Do yourself a favour and drive to another location or go to Firehouse Subs, they are a little pricey, but their subs are fantastic and I have never had any issues :)

  Today I ordered two Subway sandwiches from here. The bread was very dry and hard, and I did not receive the items as ordered. I clearly requested extra sauce and extra vegetables for both subs, but neither was added. I also asked that the sub with extra jalapeños be clearly marked, but it wasn’t, which caused confusion

  The sign in the window says it opens at 9 am, it's currently 9:32 am, I just got called into work, and the doors are locked, nothing is in the oven. And there's no staff
