  I have been frequenting this location for 2 years as it’s close to my workplace. I feel frustrated with placing online orders because they are never ready for the time they’re supposed to be. Tonight I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be made after those who walked in even though I placed my order in advance of an hour. It appears they only ever have 1 staff member working during the evening hours. It is hard to be upset with the staff as there’s 1 person serving 6 people who walk in and they’re doing their best. Can the manager not pay for an additional staff member to work??

  Well, its just getting too expensive for me. That and I have had it too much. For the same price there are options. Amd personally, I like places that have coke products. Location was clean. Washroom was acceptable.

  Spent over $40.00 for one adult and two children. Was refused a glass of tap water for my 6 year old. Told I would have to supply my own cup . I offered to pay for a cup and was still refused. But was obviously prompted to tip on the debit machine . I won’t return to this location.

  The people here are kind of slow. talking normal speed they get offended but mess up so I've noticed I talk a bit slower and they can do plete the order I've also noticed after that the employees will try to speed up to an almost normal speed of conversation. and then miss half the order.. It's okay to not understand or retain that much information about toppings but don't get upset when people talk slower to make up for that if it's going to fix the order Hands down the slowest location in Ontario by a significant amount and I travel around a lot. I recommend at this location not saying more than 2 toppings at a time sauce included. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and said 3 toppings, the employee got upset and asked what else and then continued to miss the third topping literally might want to say one topping at a time they can't really get much slower here.
