  Debit/credit machine was down and that only cash could be used on this visit, but because we had a coupon and he couldn't scan it, the staffer (who was VERY nice and curteous) gave us two subs for the price of one (similar to the deal on the coupon). THIS is how you treat customers, instead of making excuses as to why you CAN'T do something (looking at YOU, Firehouse!). We will be back to eat here again :)

  I didn't like the service. The girl who served us was impatient, and it's very frustrating to pay for a sandwich and feel that it was almost all bread, meaning the final assembly wasn't satisfactory. She let the sandwich burn and had to make another one. I can't say if the machine for heating the bread was malfunctioning or if she wasn't paying attention to the service; we had to take the cold bread home because we had already paid.

  Suhani was an absolute delight to be served by. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and made the whole experience a great one. It makes me want to come back just to be served by her again! Keep up the amazing work :)

  Great experience at Subway! Priti provided excellent customer service—she was very friendly, polite, and made my order perfectly. Really appreciated her positive attitude. Highly recommend this place!
