  Stopped by for dinner after a few hours of shopping and Noah took great care of us. She was incredibly attentive, fast, and welcoming. Our burritos were perfect, but it was Noah’s excellent customer service that really stood out. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism and care in fast-casual dining. I asked for her name specifically so management knows she’s a huge asset to the team. Thanks, Noah!

  A huge thank you to Sheri and the incredible team at this location! We had an issue with our online order and needed our delivery time changed by a few hours. I called in a bit of a panic, and Sheri was so kind, reassuring, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make it work and even delivered our order herself later that day. Thank you Sheri for your exceptional customer service and kindness. I’ll definitely be returning to this location because of the amazing experience you and your team provided!

  I stop in here often on my way home from work to pick up my family dinner. The food is always made fresh.It's hot and delicious! I don't recommend the dessert.

  Order the fries along with a burrito. I order the fries that came loaded sort like nachos, asked if the fries can be hot. They said of course, havw a tip. Fries were stone cold. So I didn't like it. Burrito was ok.

  I ordered a $13.75 bowl and was served incredibly skimpy, half-empty portions. When I brought it to the manager's attention, she hit me with a rehearsed script, rudely telling me "I should have just asked to top up fillings" and that extra protein would cost more. I shouldn’t have to coach your staff or beg for a properly portioned meal I already paid $15.50 for. If it was done right the first time, this wouldn't be an issue. Terrible value and even worse customer service.
