  I ordered a burrito and chips and guac. on my burrito I asked for sour cream there is no sour cream on it. there's a teaspoon of guac, and I got no chips. horrible service, if I could get to the rate them zero stars, I would.

  Charged us full price when the sign says buy one get one free ice creams. Didn't notice until after. I called and the y said the policy is "only if you ask for it" we even tipped them 🤦‍♀️ I want my $20 back.

  I have ordered online from this location many many times. I show up after the order is supposed to be ready, and it's always always never even started. Yes I have waited an extra 10 mins before showing up and yes, the order is still sitting in the machine. This is my only complaint about this place.

  Delivery and Mobile apps needs to be fixed as it’s now requiring certain toppings like fajita mix on all tacos, bowls, and burritos. Thankfully I was able to call the store and have toppings removed but I should have been able to remove them through the app (Mucho Burrito, UberEats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes), have the option to have my food without it, or at the very least be able to add “special instructions” so that I could ask for it to not be added

  My experience today was amazing. The gentleman that served us was so very nice. He even took the time to come to our table to see if everything was okay. The burritos were delicious. Thank you so much for your service and the delicious meal.
