  This was my first time at the Baden Subway. I honestly don’t know how to describe my experience. The toppings were literally slapped onto the bread. The bacon was all stuck together, and instead of taking two seconds to separate it into strips, she literally picked up the entire pile and dropped it in the middle of the sandwich. Then she put the sauce directly on top of this giant pile of toppings. Of course, once she tried to close the sandwich, the sauce had nowhere to go, so instead of being inside the sandwich, it was smeared all over the outside. I’ve never had a Subway sandwich assembled this badly. It looked like someone had just thrown the ingredients onto the bread and called it a day. Completely gross and absolutely not worth paying for.

  Unfortunately a store hampered by what is likely tight purse strings at the top end (owner). Having one staff member on hand during dinner hours is ill-advised. Topping portion control on a $16 is also narrow thinking. I'll come as a customer to a place that wants me as a custome, that's just common sense business practice. However, a mentality that places bottom line over customer satisfaction won't last very long. Hopefully something changes, time will tell.

  Some of the slowest service I've ever received. Was third in line, and waited 12 minutes to order. I started timing it, because it was so ridiculous. Only one staff member working, and he couldn't possibly have moved slower. No clue why he thought that was ok, when the line is continuing to grow. Came here because we figured it would be faster than pizza - won't make that mistake again!

  Inder did an excellent job serving me, the best service, quality and personality. We came very close to closing time and were still greeted with a lovely smile and welcoming atmosphere thanks to inder. She created a very personable atmosphere, made us very happy to be there and was very kind through my entire order. Very very pleased with my experience thanks to her.
