  I ordered a party platter based on the pictures shown on the menu. The pictures showed a nicely organized platter with the sandwiches individually wrapped and presented beautifully. However, what I received was completely different. The sandwiches were just placed in a box, and the sides were placed in a foil container.!!!!!! Nothing looked like the pictures shown on the menu. I feel the pictures were very misleading, and I was extremely disappointed with the presentation. It was honestly embarrassing to serve to my guests.

  This place was absolutely filthy and disgusting, and the customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I still feel sick when I think about what happened there. As soon as I started eating my sandwich, I found a hair in it that was the exact same color as the employee’s hair who had prepared my food. Out of respect for the other customers, I chose not to make a scene. I waited until the counter was empty and politely informed the employee. Instead of apologizing, the first thing she said was that I needed to show her the hair. When I did, she didn’t apologize or show any concern. Instead, she responded with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Finding a hair in your food is already unacceptable, but the way I was treated afterward made the experience even worse. This is by far the worst Subway location I have ever visited. The management of this branch should be ashamed of the level of cleanliness and customer service being provided.
