    I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Pooja. I was facing a glitch on the app and couldn’t come into the store to order because I was short on time. Pooja was incredibly patient, kind, and calm while guiding me through the steps to fix the issue. As a vegetarian, I don’t always have many food options, so I really appreciated her help. Her excellent customer service made my day. Thank you, Pooja!
