  Shame on the owner of this Subway. Today I visited and the girl there was all by her self on her 3rd day. Her coworker called in. She is still learning and was very nice but Owner should have stepped up and showed up if no one else could come in. Don’t own a business if can’t commit to actual do the job

  Very disappointing experience. I placed my order through the Uber app for pickup and arrived about 20 minutes later because the app showed that my order was ready. However, when I got to the store, my order had not even been made yet, even though the store was not busy. To make things worse, one of the items I ordered was available on the Uber app, but the staff told me they did not have it and said that I should not order that item. Instead of telling customers not to order it, the store should update the availability or report the issue to Uber so customers don’t place orders for items they cannot receive. The staff should have prepared the order on time, especially after marking it as ready. Overall, this was a frustrating and poorly managed pickup experience.

  The girl who worked tonight Sep 4, was AMAZIINNGG! She served 6 customers and then my order without a single break just so that I could get served well. So courteous and so respectful in each asking and offering! Loved her courteousy!

  Did you know the tips entered in the Debit/Visa kiosk pad apparently do NOT go to the employees at all?!?!? I spoke with more then one employee about this and was informed that they don't receive the tips and it goes to the owner. The person was East Asian and indicated this was a common practice . This is theft to the paying customer as well as theft to the working employee who may not have a voice due to the necessity of work . I am also disappointed that Subway itself does not have a system in place to safeguard against this if in fact this is true. I have written to their customer service but I also am communicating this here as this effects the public. This bother me a great deal . I will be asking each time I go to fast chain restaurants and will attempt to tip directly in cash when possible. SHAME!!~! #faud #theft
