  Bought a foot long sub, asked it to be wrapped separately as I wanted to give half to a friend I was rudely told due to costs no extra wrap was to be used, ok I will pay fir extra wax paper no was the answer given... I have not returned to that store.

  I was in earlier today and the service was horrible, Riya and Raman were working when I went in and they were rude. As soon as I walked it I wasn’t met with a hello or anything. I had a promo code on the app and they would not accept it, I tried to be understanding as it wasn’t their fault it was the systems. They were not kind or helpful in anyway, this is the worst service I have received at any subway. I do not recommend this subway.

  It doesn't matter what promo the app has, you will not get it in this location, somehow magically your order will not go through or get cancelled. The app will say they are a participating location but still nope, can't do it. And it's always only this specific location, the one near Walmart no problem always works. What really worries me is if they're nickle and diming me over an app discount then how can I trust they aren't using expired meats and/or old veggies to save money. The staff that makes the food are great no complaints there, this more about the owners.
