  the subway tuna sandwiches are absolutely delicious and the staff are friendly and make the food so fast. highly recommend!

  Worst , cheapest way of serving subways.. disappointing experience at this Subway south salem branch today (August 9, 2026, around 10:20 PM). A lady served me a half beef sub, and honestly, the amount of beef was just a tiny pinch. The cheese was also extremely little. I don’t know whether the employees are serving whatever amount they want or whether this is what the head office has instructed them to do. But please go to Subway in other countries and see the difference in portions. This may seem normal to people who have never had Subway before or don’t know what a proper Subway should be like. But for customers who have experienced Subway elsewhere, the difference is very disappointing.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I visited to use a Subway gift card, but the employee was unfamiliar with the process and incorrectly told me it did not work at this location. After several unsuccessful attempts, I felt rushed to complete my payment because of customers waiting in line, despite having already waited while an online order was prepared. I eventually paid by credit card to avoid further delays. After leaving, I confirmed that the gift card should be accepted in-store. When I called, the employee had to ask the manager for assistance and then told me I would need to return to the store to try again. The issue was clearly a lack of staff training, which resulted in an inconvenient and frustrating experience. The food quality was also disappointing. The lettuce appeared discoloured and not fresh. In addition, staff did not mention a promotion advertised at the entrance, and no napkins were provided with the takeout order. Overall, poor customer service, inadequate staff training, and concerns about food quality made this visit well below expectations.

  Yesterday i orderd a 3 footlong the girl name rishwa at counter was amazing. She gave the best service. She was very gentle and polite
