  I mostly only write glowing reviews, but this place deserves to be called out. How is it still open??? I went in today (May 29th) to buy two rice bowls and I should have walked out right away. I thought Subway was supposed to be fresh. Everything in the food station looked old, discoloured or soggy. At one point, I had to ask the server to fetch some fresh lettuce and spinach as I couldn't fathom eating the discolored lettuce or the wet, soggy spinach she wanted to serve me; not that the ones she returned with looked any better. The rice container was also partly empty and they were out of corn. The napkin holder on the counter was also covered in dust and grime. The manager or owner of this place obviously doesn't care about food safety or cleanliness. The location is great but the service is terrible and the food is even worse. Again, how are they still in business and how did they pass health inspection or got a food safety license? One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had and I have had a few in my lifetime. Close your doors if you can't be bothered to stock fresh meats and veggies daily. I wonder how no one has gotten ill from eating at this place. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

  Went to place an order and was told by the worker that the system needed about 5 minutes to reset, or I could try ordering online. I explained that the app wasn’t allowing me to place the order online, so I waited over 20 minutes for the system to restart. During that time, other customers came in, picked up their orders, and even placed new orders using the same system I was told wasn’t working. When I finally asked about my order, the worker informed me that the system hadn’t even been rebooted yet and that I would need to wait an additional 5–10 minutes. Very disappointing experience and poor communication overall.

  I ordered two 12-inch veggie subs around 4:45 AM today and it was really disappointing. The veggie patties were so cold, I could even see ice in them. Both subs were not heated properly and didn’t taste good at all. The customer service was also not good. The girl working there was punjabi Indian girl she was on her phone talking to someone while making the order and didn’t pay attention. I feel like I wasted my money. The manager or owner should check how employees are working and pay more attention to customer service.
