  So I saw the reviews and was a little hesitant about going here. The place appeared clean, the vegetables fresh, the service was prompt and I observed them changing their gloves between customers and checkout. To top it off, the steak and cheese wrap with crispy onions was actually really good. I would definitely come back

  The worst staff we went in night and on goggle it shows open and the sign board was open when went inside the staff said we are closed just a bad thing they are doing, came from far and wasted our time recommend not to go there it will be just waste of time of yours😡😡😡specially in night don’t go😡😡

  Had a great experience at Subway today! I ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich and it was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. A special thank you to Shaminder for the excellent service—very friendly, quick, and attentive. Really appreciated the positive attitude and care while preparing my order. Will definitely be coming back!

  Service wasn’t horrible but I’m definitely never coming back how are you gonna have a fast food place where your hands are bound to get messy especially eating subway and lock the bathroom doors. Then both the workers LIED saying someone was in there when I had asked, absolutely nobody was in the washrooms they locked the doors and I had to walk around with sticky hands. Unacceptable!

  Zero Stars if I could I placed an order through the Subway app at approximately 1:50 a.m. and received confirmation that it was accepted. When I arrived, the door was unlocked, the bright OPEN sign was on, and three men were outside eating what appeared to be food they had just purchased. The employee immediately told me, “We’re closed.” I showed her my confirmation, but she initially refused to check the order system and repeatedly told me she had to catch her bus, that she lived in Oshawa and the next one would be in an hour. I understand wanting to get home after work, I too had just finished and work in food/customer service but that is not an excuse to dismiss and speak rudely to a customer. After repeatedly asking her to check, she finally looked up my order and said she could not void any order after 1:30 a.m. Then why was the app still accepting orders at 1:50 a.m.? The doors were unlocked and the OPEN sign was still on. Even as I was leaving, another car pulled in and I had to tell them the store was closed because the employee was rushing out. I also witnessed her scream at another customer who asked if he had left $5 in the store and tell him to get out. The overall behaviour was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I eventually had to refuse to leave and inform her that her bus was coming in 4 minutes. She told me I “should never come back,” then finally gave me cash for the order. I appreciate getting my money back, but I should never have had to argue for a resolution to an order the app accepted and confirmed. I don't know how this store is still open
