Very disappointing experience at Subway. The employee asked us to mark/sign our subs with a pen, and we did at first, but then realized the pen was unsanitized with oily food residue and could’ve been touching meat products all day.
We politely went back and explained that this could affect vegetarians, people with allergies, and Muslims who only eat halal food due to cross-contamination concerns. Instead of understanding, the employee responded with harsh tones and attitude, saying, “There are many other halal food stores out there, just go there. Why are you even here?”
When we said we would leave a Google review, she replied, “I don’t care what the hell you’re putting on Google.” This is exactly why I am writing this on Google. She also said, “Just pay, pay and get out.” We would not even have completed the payment, but we had already received the food and did not want to escalate further.
Mr. Subway owner, please be aware that this type of behavior and lack of respect for customers will only push people away and lead to negative reviews and loss of trust.

Worst Subway experience ever from this location.
My wife and I have been loyal customers here for 1.5 years with 60+ orders, even though there are other Subway locations closer to us. Today we ordered 3 subs online and received food with rotten-smelling onions and poorly prepared sandwiches. The smell spread through all 3 subs and made the food inedible.
What made the situation worse was the staff handling. The employee himself admitted he was new and not properly trained. After I called immediately to report the issue, he asked me to wait for a callback and never informed me that I needed to preserve or return the food immediately. Later, the store blamed me for discarding part of the food after we had already started eating it and realized something was wrong.
I wasted extra time, gas, and nearly 30 minutes at the store explaining and defending a completely genuine complaint instead of receiving proper customer service. Even after all of this, I still did not receive full compensation for the order value and inconvenience caused entirely by poor training and mishandling.
Very disappointing experience for a long-time loyal customer. Management seriously needs to improve food quality control, employee training, and complaint handling.

The lady working hila or whatever her name is so rude, doesn’t know how to talk to customers and is questioning every each person if they’re a student or an adult and their age? Like mind ur own business and do ur job thanks.
