  Yesterday, I ordered three subs. There were two ladies working at the counter. One of them started preparing my sandwich, but in the middle of making it, she suddenly stopped and began serving a customer who had arrived after me. She completed that customer’s entire order first and then came back to finish mine. I found this very disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should normally be served in the order they arrive, especially when my order had already been started. I felt ignored and disrespected. Later, I politely asked her to add one more line of sauce to my sandwich. She responded very rudely and with a lot of attitude, saying, “I already put the sauce on.” I politely repeated that I would just like one more line of sauce. She then reacted with an annoyed expression, moved her head in a disrespectful manner, and looked at me angrily. Her behaviour made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. There was no friendly or welcoming attitude at all. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the way I was treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers are treated politely, respectfully, and fairly in the future.

  So, the app sucks.... and nobody can help me fix it. There is no customer service number or email. So this is my only way of communicating with subway. I called the store and asked for the store manager to call me back with a head office number... the employee called back and told me he said to look online. I told them there is nothing online...and the only spot online that let's me "chat" doesnt work. The link/service is broken. They dont care. Basically told me to shop elsewhere until they fix it.
