  The staff is very nice and friendly, eveytime I visit they make sure to honour all my preferences and the subs.. they taste damn good! I would highly recommend this subway to others🫶🏻

  I will never return to this Subway location. This evening's poor customer service was unforgivable. We were being served by an employee named Tia. I can't even be sure if that's her name because none of the employees here wear name tags. She went on to tell us that she's the owner of the franchise. While ordering my sandwich, I had to repeat myself multiple times because Tia had an AirPod in her ear. She was listening to music and dancing as she was making my sandwich. She did not give us her full attention and she looked very unprofessional. Fruit flies abounded at the counter and in the dining room. The restaurant didn't feel clean. After spending almost $30, I asked for a cup for water. Tia told me that they had run out of clear cups. I offered to take a small fountain drink cup. She told me that she would charge me $2 if I did that. I asked if it was their fault or mine that they ran out of clear cups. Why should the customer be penalized? If her concern was that I might take a pop from the Pepsi machine, she could have filled up the water for me or watched me fill it as we were the only customers in the store at the time. I told her that I did not feel valued as a customer. I explained that I would not be back because of how cheap she was for not allowing me to have a cup of water. It was then that she said, "I'm just an employee here. I can't give you a cup for free. I was kidding when I told you earlier that I'm the owner." How was that a funny joke? She lied to her customers. Tia knew that it is mine and my wife's wedding anniversary. I wasn't expecting a free sandwich or free cookies, even though that would have been a very nice gesture, especially since we were there only minutes before the store was going to close and the unsold cookies are probably in the garbage now. What I didn't expect was to be charged for a cup of water. I will take my business elsewhere.

  We do like Subway- and we lovegetting our subs...we have never faced issues at other subway locations. The two girls behind the counter were very rude and laughed at me when I had questions about a certain offer... I felt very uncomfortable... This is supposed to be run by adults and make customers feel welcome.. I felt I was at a high school with bullies- Please take action against the two girls at the counter- atleast in how to help customers out... its the least we can do... Acton is generally such a friendly place- and all the stores have such sweet people behind the counter... I was appalled when they started mocking me and laughing at me as I was leaving Subway.. feel really upset that it happened in todays era.
