I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location on Tuesday, July 21 at 2:15 pm. I initially considered letting it go, but after reading other reviews, it appears that negative customer service experiences here are not uncommon. I understand that mistakes happen, and I have no issue being corrected if I’ve done something wrong. In this case, I had accidentally parked in the wrong area. The issue wasn’t that I needed to move my vehicle..it was how the situation was handled. Instead of calmly explaining that I needed to park elsewhere, two staff members immediately spoke to me in a disrespectful and confrontational manner. I was yelled at, insulted, and not given the opportunity to respond or correct the mistake before the interaction escalated to the point where I felt I had no choice but to leave the store. I’ve worked in customer service myself before moving into my current career, and I know firsthand that difficult situations can be handled professionally and respectfully. A simple, “Hey, while we prepare your order, would you mind moving your car to the designated parking area?” would have resolved the situation completely. There would have been no issue. You never know what someone else is going through, and being yelled at over an honest mistake is unnecessary. Customer service is about communication, professionalism, and treating people with basic respect, even when they make a mistake. I hope management takes these recurring reviews seriously and provides additional coaching on customer service and respectful communication. A positive customer experience starts with how people are treated, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during my visit.

Extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location in Nova Scotia. The staff were some of the rudest people I have dealt with. One employee (Indian lady )in particular was extremely disrespectful and had absolutely no customer service skills, and the person working behind the cash register was also very unprofessional and unhelpful.(they/them)looking person I went in to pick up my sub and received no help or proper service. On top of the poor treatment, I found hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable and disgusting. Cleanliness and food safety should be a basic standard at any restaurant. Management needs to seriously address the customer service and hygiene issues at this location.

I visited the drive-thru today on June 6th 2026 around 2pm and initially had a pleasant interaction with the employee taking my order. However, another employee came onto the headset (Indian female) and made comments that sounded mocking of me or a previous customer, apparently not realizing customers could hear the conversation. When she realized I had heard, she said she was "talking to herself and didnt know her headset was on." No one said anything else and I waited to be told to drive up but I still hadn't finished my order, he said he would finish it at the window... The employee at the window was polite, apologized, explained they had just dealt with a rude customer, or something about a fight the previous day? I'm not even sure but he gave me extra cookies.... I appreciated his professionalism and the effort to make things right. That said, hearing staff mock customers over the drive-thru headset was uncomfortable and came across as unprofessional. The apology was appreciated, but it didn't change the fact that customers should not be overhearing those kinds of conversations. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder that customers can hear more than employees may realize through the drive-thru system. I'll be going to the Wolfville location from now on.

Just don’t go. I went and now regret. Lesson learnt, yes, hair in food!
