  Food was ok. Asked for sour cream for my quesadilla and was $1.15 I was ok either way that but they made me wait like 7 minutes before I said ok my food is getting cold and how long does it take to get sour cream

  I had a small issue with my food and my server took my food back to the kitchen and brought new food back to me in a jiffy as well as my money back. She was so sweet to me about the minor inconvenience and thanked ME for my patience. Anne Marie Hay gave me the best customer service I've had in a long time!!! She's a shining star in a crowded room✨✨ we need more people to be like Anne!! Thank you very much and I'll be coming back soon😊

  Absolutely insane! Went last night almost closing time, through drive thru to order literally 40 dollars worth of food, to be very unsatisfied. The crunchwraps had absolutely no meat in them they were not put in the press long enough and I have pictures to prove this. I call back today to explain the situation and they tell me since I didn't call back first thing this morning when they opened its too late but if I'd like to speak with a manager I'd have to call back Thursday.... Uhhh for starters this is not even 24 hours later and you're telling me I can't because it's too late, but Thursday is fine? There is absolutely no customer service what so ever!! This is not the first time I have had issues with this location and I know it won't be the last. Their employees do not care about their customers at all!
