  Comme nous n’avons plus de Taco Bell à Montréal ni même au Québec, on s’est dit qu’un petit arrêt à celui de Truro s’imposait pendant notre passage en Nouvelle-Écosse. Et franchement, ça a largement dépassé nos attentes! La nourriture était vraiment fraîche, savoureuse et très bien préparée. Mais ce qui nous a surtout marqués, c’est le service. Pour un restaurant rapide, l’accueil était digne d’un bon restaurant familial. Grace, au comptoir, a pris le temps de nous aider avec notre commande, de nous conseiller et de répondre à nos questions avec une gentillesse remarquable. C’est devenu tellement rare de recevoir ce niveau d’attention dans un fast-food que ça mérite vraiment d’être souligné. Autre excellent point : le restaurant était très propre et bien entretenu, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Une très belle surprise à Truro. Si tous les Taco Bell étaient comme celui-ci, on en voudrait définitivement un de retour au Québec

  I went at 9:30pm on August 7th through the drive through. I ordered four crunchy taco dorita Supremes and my boyfriend got a crunwarp, plus a burrito. His food was fine, besides the lettuce. My tacos though, were soggy and had no tomato, old lettuce, some were double shelled plus they had pieces of noodles or something in them lol I would of gotten a refund, but I did not have my receipt so they just gave me four more, they were better but the lettuce still tasted weird. Zero stars for lack of pride in food and too much goofing around at work.

  The Taco Bell app has existed for years. Every other Taco Bell in the country takes app orders and app coupons. Not Truro. So I can't order ahead on my lunch break, can't skip the line, and can't use a single deal. all so this location can preserve the authentic 2011 experience of standing at a counter paying full price. Impressive commitment to leaving money on the table.

  Drive thru, staff was very cheerful and kind. Got my order on point!!!! Excellent portions.

  Ordered the chicken nuggets to try them out since I had the chicken tenders months before when they had that limited time offer and both times my chicken has been burnt and dry. How the heck do you burn chicken in a deep fryer. 15 dollar meal and it looks like dog food. Will be the last time I order here.
