  I had a great experience at Subway today, and I especially want to appreciate Priya for her excellent customer service. She was very friendly, polite, patient, and welcoming throughout my visit. She made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted and had a genuinely positive attitude. It’s always nice to meet someone who takes pride in their work and makes customers feel comfortable. Thank you, Priya, for making my visit such a pleasant experience😊

  I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. The employee who was making my sub, Priya, was quite rude and seemed unhappy while taking my order. I specifically asked her to change her gloves because I am allergic to meat and was concerned about cross-contamination. I could see that the same gloves had been used while handling food, so I felt it was important to ask for a fresh pair. Instead of understanding my concern, she responded to me very rudely and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking for something related to my allergy and food safety. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but customers should be treated respectfully, especially when they communicate an allergy or a legitimate food-safety concern. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers with food allergies are treated with proper care and respect.

  Not sure the name of the two ladies working the evening of June 24th, 2026 9pm but the one that made my Sub was really nice. They were both cleaning constantly and had no issue with all my weird requests for my sub. They deserve a raise. Best subway I've been to.

  My elderly father took a few minutes longer to make his selection, there were others waiting behind me that went ahead and ordered, while I assisted my dad. The server was very patient, respectful and kind. Dad hadn't been to Subway in years. Excellent service. Thank you Shivani and staff.
