  Very rude staff. I’ve never been to a subway and treated like this. Staff is ignorant. We stood there nobody said hi, not a big deal I said them hi and I started my order. The worker told me they only have 1wrap left. Kinda weird I worked at subway myself we always have extra wraps thawed. That’s still not a issue, the problem is their attitude, seems like staff don’t want to be there.

  Terrible experience!!! I have visited subways across this country on my travels and I've never met someone so rude!!! The wrap he handed me when I went to collect was about half the size of what I usually receive. When I questioned it he was very rude, said that the others are over stuffing them and was pretty much like "well that's what you're getting, I really don't care if you don't like it" absolutely atrocious customer service. I haven't tried the wrap yet but I don't have high hopes. I should have just gone to Timmies.

  If i can give 0, i will give 0 star. A girl working on 25 june 2026, at around 6 pm working there didn’t change the gloves, and when i asked her to change gloves after finishing one order of a different customer, she started arguing. She said its my fault that i didn’t tell her before that i want her to change her gloves. She even made my order wrong and when i asked her that you messed up my order she embarrassed me in front of other people that its my fault that i didn’t tell her the details of my order earlier. I dont know what “earlier” she meant. She was so rude. I am a regular customer. My friends and i eat there daily, but i will never eat from here again.

  We ordered a vegetarian sub through the app and we went there to pick it up. The attendant named Karak told us that it is grilled on the same grill as the Non Vegetarian subs. So we asked him that can he make another one and not grill it this time, he was so extremely rude. Ofcourse he didn’t make another one but then said, ‘it is my fault I told him about the grill, I should’ve kept my mouth shut and let him have it’. Of course the manager was not there to support. It’s horrible to see that they think it is okay to be rude to someone for no reason.

  It's the subway at Mayflower mall in Sydney. They have a decent menu and subs are great
