  Terrible experience!!! I have visited subways across this country on my travels and I've never met someone so rude!!! The wrap he handed me when I went to collect was about half the size of what I usually receive. When I questioned it he was very rude, said that the others are over stuffing them and was pretty much like "well that's what you're getting, I really don't care if you don't like it" absolutely atrocious customer service. I haven't tried the wrap yet but I don't have high hopes. I should have just gone to Timmies.

  If i can give 0, i will give 0 star. A girl working on 25 june 2026, at around 6 pm working there didn’t change the gloves, and when i asked her to change gloves after finishing one order of a different customer, she started arguing. She said its my fault that i didn’t tell her before that i want her to change her gloves. She even made my order wrong and when i asked her that you messed up my order she embarrassed me in front of other people that its my fault that i didn’t tell her the details of my order earlier. I dont know what “earlier” she meant. She was so rude. I am a regular customer. My friends and i eat there daily, but i will never eat from here again.

  My name is Doris Ferrari, I come here for my vacation to visit my parents in law. Today we was with my mother in law, for a supper at the Subway, after a great day to shopping, but the guy the name Vincent ruined our nice day. He start be very rude, throw the food to the bread and in one moment my mother in law asked me: what kind of sandwich sectioned?, this was a few seconds, and this guy so rude put a face very angry. My mother in law very sad, she goes to the next restaurant, because she saw the rude attitude from this guy Vincent. I continued asking for my sandwich and this guy doesn't seem to understand the English because very ignorant ask me what do you say, he so mean try me feel bad, or something, I try explained this situation, nothing compare if you see the terrible attitude, from Vincent, he throw the food, face complete angry and so ignorant. What? if he does like this job, is not our business, if you work at the restaurant you never try be rude with your customer. I will never come back to this Subway if I see this guy. Was a awful day.
