  Pretty disappointed with our experience today May 18. On our way back home from Halifax, tired and hungry, we ordered 3 subs through the Subway app and picked them up. when we got home 2 of them barely had any sauce on them. They were really dry and didn’t taste right at all. We called the store and politely asked if there was any way to either get sauce brought out or have the 2 subs refunded. Instead of trying to help, the employee told us we had to drive back with the subs and said he would only remake them if there was no sauce whatsoever. My husband drove back to the store and the employee started going through the subs just to show there was a tiny amount of sauce at the bottom. Even after explaining that the subs were still extremely dry, he refused to refund or replace them. The only solution offered was to add sauce to already cold subs that had already been handled and taken apart. My husband then asked to speak with a manager. The manager apologized and agreed to replace the subs which we appreciated but the whole situation should never have become this difficult over such a simple issue. Mistakes happen but the attitude and lack of basic customer service from the employee made the experience frustrating and completely unnecessary.

  I'm not sure what's going on at this location, each time I order doordash the Pepsi is completely flat. And their bread is never cooked anymore. Gave myself and wife food poisoning.
