  Worst experience ever, i just got there to get veggie sandwich, the guy was helping me out, the girl there decided to bug in and started pouring sauce and put huge amount of hot sauce when i specifically mentioned just a tiny bit. Secondly she was making meet sub, never changed her gloves and started to touch my veggie one, i am pure vegetarian and this is now waste for me.

  It's subway, on par every time I get it. The service is what I'm writing this for. I live in Moncton, I accidentally ordered a sub in Springhill when I meant to order in Moncton (app you have to manually select the place instead of it selecting the store closest). I realized a minute after I ordered and the app has no cancel option. I called the store to cancel and he already had the sub in the oven. I wasn't happy that I wasted money like that. I told him to give it away or throw it out as I couldn't get it. About 5 minutes later I get an email saying the offer was cancelled. I was very impressed. They didn't have to do it but they did. That's solid. 5 stars.

  This is now the third time in a row I found hair in my food. :( maybe I should stick to salads because the sandwiches are kind of ruined for me now. Also, one of the employees yelled at my 12 year old daughter when she was trying to pay saying “You’re making this harder than it has to be”. I’m just overall disappointed with the decline; however I do understand that working in such a fast paced environment is difficult. So I appreciate them.

  Awesome and awesome all i can say this place is amazing tem members i know one is the manager not sure witch one but great team Kushal Himanshv of Springhill subway did an amazing job on a small catering order for the Parrsboro air Cadet closing had it ready when i needed it thanks everyone i would highly recommend themfood was awesome
