  Sub was good, but they were out of the bread I ordered online, bathrooms had no toilet paper, and bag had no napkins.

  We ordered for pick up: 4 subs 2 cold cut combos a tuna and a ham. We got a tuna, ham and turkey and Bologna. Obviously all the topping were wrong. The sandwiches weren't labeled.the corrects side of the bean salad and potatoes rings.... Clearly these were put in the wrong bag .. because the subs were labeled they had to guess.... it was torrential rain, so we couldn't return the sandwiches... We had been travelling all day and hadn't ate all day. So we are what we had... It was 10pm by this time. Lol. In the morning I returned to the location and explained. Nothing was done because we would have had to bring the subs back to them last night in the down pour.... I would have been satisfied with free coffee and cookies... But nothing.

  I went in at about 12;30 pm on Friday , I got a sub on flatbread with 2 m&m cookies. I asked her politely to heat up my cookies. She went to the back and only heated up one cookie. I asked her once again to heat up my cookies, she then rolled her eyes at me and then told me she “wasn’t allowed” . I then let it go and go to eat my sub. They wrapped it upside down and my sub has spilt everywhere. I am not impressed. Terrible customer service I will NOT be coming back! ZERO STARS JUST NOT OPTION

  We ordered 3 subs and 2 of them was missing stuff like one didnt have no pickles and the other one had no sub sauce.i called down to tell them about it and after spending 40 bucks they sorry about that.they made the last 40 bucks off me
