  Kindness goes a long way, and not everyone using your drive thru is lazy. After finally getting my kid to sleep in the car after days of teething pain I decided I would stop to grab some dinner for myself . I’m not familiar with the system and on the sauce section it doesn’t let you know it was added. Instead of being met with a kind explanation and or a simple come up to the window to do choose your sauce, I was met with a miserable attitude which actually happens to be recorded on my dash cams microphone. I understand you may be having a long day and things going on outside of work but so does everyone else… compassion goes a long way and the way you speak to people goes even further. I hope so see some better treatment of your customers come the future days.

  The night shift staff are working good, but you really need to increase the number of them at least at the weekend, long waiting time at drive thrue.

  it was 8:50 pm on a Wednesday i ordered a sub was told by staff they close in ten minutes it was cold out so i was going to eat it there. while waiting for the bus(9:30) noticed customer's being served and eating inside F this place*

  I've been to this location few times now and every time, there is a gentleman working there who does not wear a hair net. His hair is so large it covers the brim of his "subway hat" . It makes no sense to have the cashier wearing a hair net, and the gentleman making the sandwiches does not. I've mentioned it to staff and management in the past, with no apparent changes being made.
