  Currently sitting outside this particular store and I have to say the lack of customer service is unreal. I stood for close to 15 mins because only one staff was moving, another customer in front of me (who was also not acknowledged) and a staff working as slow as “Flash” from Zootopia. There was a staff member on break, but they are entitled to that. Once that staff had completed putting cheese on bread and putting it the oven they THEN attended to the customer at the counter (without even a hello what can I get you), as that order was finished they then tried to tell me to wait so they can start online orders that had just been put in front of them. I very much pointed out that no, I’m having my order made next, only to then have them not actually listen when I give my toppings. Needless to say I have a sub that I left with and won’t be happy with but really didn’t feel the need to elevate myself anymore. This is a very unfortunate experience for me at this location and honestly something I’m noticing more and more in the service industry.

  The only subway worth going to. The staff here are great. They keep the counters clean and take care in their work. I find compared to other subways the veggies are always fresher here.
