  Saidur is absolutely amazing!! Incredible customer service and multitasking multiple orders alone… when does this man have a break… yet he stills smiles between online orders and a big line!!!

  I had very ungrateful experience at this subway yesterday and it was never before. The staff named saidur was very unprofessional and was in rush for closing the store rather than serving customer pleasantly an hour before closing and was not good experience at all. Management should take care of that and trained them well.

  I recently visited this location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member, Saidur, needs improvement in how to communicate with customers and a better understanding of company policies. The interaction came across as unprofessional and unfriendly, which is not what I expect from Subway. This is the first time I’ve had such an experience at any Subway location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides the necessary training to improve customer service.

  Haven't been to a subway in 15 years. Today we had lunch at the St. Margarets Bay location and I was impressed. We met Edgar, he took our order and was fabulous, he clearly loves what he is doing and that added to our food experience. He was fun and cared about making our subs perfect for us. As people were leaving I heard him ask, how was your lunch? Im glad you enjoyed. This is what service is all about, thank you Edgar for making our lunch extra special with your humor. I will be back.
