  Stopped in today and had an amazing experience. Jaypee was quick, super friendly, and had such a great attitude. He made me laugh so much while making my order. I actually took a picture of his name tag just so I could include his name in this review — that’s how good the service was. 10/10

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Subway. I waited over 7 minutes with no staff at the counter, only to find an employee sitting in the back on her phone. When she finally came out, she looked annoyed, rushed my order, and ignored my request to have my sandwich toasted. Another person — not even in uniform — came out to the register, acted rude, and gave me the wrong chips. When I went back to fix it, there was no apology at all. The chips were basically tossed at me. This location seriously needs better training and professionalism. I won’t be returning.
