Abysmal experience. I don’t want an apology, subway needs to train their workers properly. the worker was rushing me and my family to say what I wanted “and” “and” “and?” Even though she hadn’t even finished putting on the veggie I had said 3 veggies ago. Naturally, she went on to mess up my sandwich and covered it in half peppers when I made it clear I wanted it on only half. If you’re going to be rude to me and my family, at least make sure you know what you are doing.

I recently visited the Subway at Spring Garden and Robie Street, and I was really impressed by the friendly and helpful service. Hosan was very kind and helpful when I asked for some water, and she kindly brought me a cold cup of water. Her kindness really made my day. Great service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Hosan, for your excellent customer service
