  I had a very disappointing experience at this location because of the employee who was working. From the moment I placed my order, he was rude and unprofessional. He told me that I shouldn’t place such a large order and that next time he wouldn’t accept it. The only reason he seemed upset was because I was using a online promotion that included a free sub when buying two. He mentioned that he was the only employee working, and while I understand that can be stressful, there were no customers in the store at the time. Even so, he kept telling me that this would be the last time he accepted an order of this size. I’ve worked in the fast-food industry myself, including at restaurants that were much busier than this one, so I understand the challenges. But no matter how busy you are, there’s a professional way to treat customers. I never rushed him or complained about the wait because I know what it’s like to work in food service. What disappointed me most was his attitude. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him simply by placing an order and using a promotion that the store itself offers. I was planning to order desserts and drinks as well, but I decided not to because of how unwelcome he made me feel. The way he prepared my food also gave the impression that he simply didn’t care. Customer service is just as important as the food. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be made to feel like they’re a burden for placing a legitimate order.

  I had a frustrating experience at Subway today. I placed a mobile order ahead of time since I was on a short work break, but still ended up waiting around 20 minutes for my food. What was disappointing is that they kept serving walk-in customers and preparing other orders first, even though my order had already been placed and paid for. Mobile ordering is supposed to save time, especially when you’re on a tight schedule, but this completely defeated the purpose. It made my break stressful instead of convenient. I hope the staff can improve how they prioritize mobile orders in the future.

  Did mobile order but Still made me wait 15 mins @ the store. Ukrainian guy keep serving other customers even after knowing i was standing their staring at my unfinished sandwich . I dont know why he made me wait so long even though he could complete mine first and do serve others later .

  Server was rude, and antagonistic. This was my first time ordering from subway in a while and wanted to try the BMT. They didnt have the bread I wanted. Normally this would be no problem, but any extra request was met with questions and rudeness. I only asked for a mix of cheese, and some brisket. The most offending part was I went to pay for my sub. And only when I got back home did I realize that I was charged a tip without my consent. I have no issue tipping if the service was good. But, this wasnt the case. I wasnt even given the option to choose if I wanted to tip in the first place.
