    I bought a subway for two times from this location but i had very bad experience with them. The girl who is Chinese i am not sure she was very rude with me. I do not suggest to buy a sub from here.

    I ate the worst Subway in my entire life, I literally could not tolerate it beyond two bites and I never write negative reviews, but this experience was utterly unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I had placed a pickup order expecting basic competence, yet upon arrival it was evident that the employee was completely disengaged, displaying a level of indifference and apathy that clearly reflected in the quality of the food. The sandwich was assembled with shocking negligence, not a single slice of cheese was included, the crispy onions I explicitly selected were entirely omitted, and despite clearly requesting extra of every sauce and also seeing it mentioned on the receipt, the sub contained nothing more than a thin and inadequate smear. On top of that, the bread was not even bread, it felt like an over-toasted, rock-hard piece that was extremely difficult to bite into. The overall construction was careless, poorly filled, and completely lacking attention to detail, making it not only unappetizing but borderline inedible. This level of service and food preparation demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and quality control, and it has completely destroyed my trust in this location.

    I visited today their outlet at Halifax Shopping Centre. The employee at the counter seemed least interested in serving and was preparing the sandwich in a haste and looked irritated. I took a foot long Tuna and the girl cut the sandwich in 2 part and hurrily wrapped tbe sandich in one paper. I was there with my son and she did not even give me a chance to say to wrap it in 2 different papers. When I asked her she said it is a policy to cit but custiner have to tell us to wrap separately. Upon telling her that she did not even wait a second for me to tell her the other girl just wtapped the sandwich in another paper and put a tape on it. While u wrapping the paper came out. I get that there was a queue behind but that is no excuse to serve food in a haste and with no politeness.

    Placed an order through the app. Location 'didn"t recieve the order' though payment went through. Was told to contact customer service which isn't immediately possible, beyond the fact that necessary information to fill out customer service form wasn't provided. After an hour and being very late for work, I was unable to eat. Horrible experience all around. Will not be recommending *Edit* It's been three days and I still haven't received a response or refund from Subway
