  Today was a dreadful experience at subway, which isn't what it normally is. I ordered 3 foot long and wanted to tried the new hotdog one. They overcooked the sausage so much it was hard as a tree branch...and they gave it to me anyway without a care in the world... cost me 70$+ for 3 combo ... bloody shameful...

  I have visited this Subway several times because it’s close to my workplace, and unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience almost every time. There are usually two employees working, and even when the restaurant isn’t busy, the customer service is not welcoming or friendly. On my most recent visit, I ordered a veggie patty sandwich. The employee handled another customer’s turkey sandwich and then continued making my sandwich without changing her gloves. I’ve been to many other Subway locations where staff routinely change their gloves in situations like this, so it was disappointing to see that proper food handling practices were not followed here. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed it at this location either. At checkout, I wasn’t offered a tray or a paper bag, and I had to ask for a paper bag myself. The cookies I purchased also tasted stale and did not seem fresh. Overall, this has consistently been one of the poorest Subway locations I’ve visited. I hope management addresses the customer service, food handling practices, and product quality so future customers have a better experience.
