  The staff were rude and the sub she made was worse (burnt). I have been coming here for some time now but today would be the last. Hopefully the staff are taught how to properly make subs and also educated on how to speak with customers.

  Good evening... Today visiting sub way was the worst experience I had with Mish. Firstly, she told me that I have to leave from the subway at 9.55 pm if, I am dine in there . But online it says open 24 hrs. Then, We odered one veg patty foot long sub. She started preparing the order without even changing the gloves. I requsted her to change the gloves for my order. Also previously she was preparing one meat order, and I am vegeterian. With the same gloves onn she started prepaing the sub. I oreded one foot long sub. Then I asked her to pack seperate please . She started talking back to me on this. Anyhow I just ignored her. Later, she started placing and touching calculator here and there which she had on her table with the gloves onn. Also simantously, touching and shuffling my sub She billed for me after she just packed 6 inch sub and asked me to pay for foot long. I asked her to pack reaming sub for me. She refused to pack. She wanted me to pay for the sub first. I am wondering this is not the service we have been provided at any of the subway store. Anyhow this was her behaviour . But what matters most that she was doing cross contimination of the sub that I orded by randomly touching screen and calculator Idealy , the cashier should bill the costumer after they pack their order, to prevent crosscontinmation I was gone there for my dinner. Her behaviour and service pissed me off for leaving my dinner on their counter. That was teribble. I request manager to look into the matter . Or if they could fetch vedio recording of todays evening. Thanks
