  Staff was unbelievably rude on the phone and then hung up in my ear which is completely beyond unprofessional. I also just asked to get a substitution which I’ve done multiple times as they do not have BLTs online on uber or door dash. They also said they couldn’t do it because they don’t cost the same, and I said I would pay for a more expensive sub and it was still a no. The only open subway was spring garden which, no female wants to walk to alone at 12am at night and he seriously told me the only choice is to walk there and get it myself…like are we so for real…any other subway does this— P.s. don’t want no phoney response back…thank you next!

  I've been coming to this Subway for 15 years and never had a bad experience. I used to live nearby now I work nearby. I'm there twice a week and I'm so regular in my ordering that Desa, always charming and friendly, doesn't even have to ask what I want. And I really like the current layout of the store compared to the new one!
