  This place has gone downhill. The guy at the counter today was very ignorant and this really pushed me away more. I see the guy do something at the till and then put money in his back pocket. Massively sketchy!

  I'd like to encourage the employee's that were working yesterday at the Greenwood NS location to remember that a majority of their customers are mall employees, and that we're limited on time for our breaks. Two employees were there, one working in the back and one standing off to the side on the phone. I stood there for about 5 minutes before I realized she wasn't going to hang up her call and serve me. Pretty disappointing!

  I had such a great experience today thanks to Chelsey! She took the time to make our subs properly and made sure they were heated just right. You could really tell she cared about doing a good job. She also made sure we got fresh cookies and even told us about the discounts you can get by entering your phone number on the pin pad for your online account. On top of that, she was super friendly and welcoming the whole time. Great customer service like that really makes a difference!
