  I placed an mobile order in one of the dartmouth location and somehow went to this store. I tried to call on this location more than 10 times but nobody ever answered the call. I don’t know now how can i get my money back. If somebody can reach out to me regarding that i will appreciate it.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. The man who served us clearly didn't like his job, but that's no excuse. He was extremely rude to my children and I for no reason. He yelled at my son and shoved the bathroom key at him aggressively when he asked for it politely. When my daughter asked politely for the sub she wanted he was very rude to her and got annoyed when she gently asked again for steak after he slapped chicken on the bread when she clearly asked for steak. No apologies, he just dumped the chicken back into it's original container and threw the bread that had chicken on it back on the bread rack. Despite him being extremely rude and unfriendly, we continued to say please and thank you, but his nasty demeanor remained the same. Also very hard to understand/ terrible communication skills. Definitely should not be working there.

  Phone number doesn’t work. I ordered to the wrong location and tried to call and cancel and I can’t so now my money is gone

  **CHECK THE PRICE BEFORE YOU PAY!!** Ordered a “footlong” sandwich, got charged for two 6 inch sandwichs just because they wrapped them up separately. It was two IDENTICAL 6 inch subs, all they did was cut the sandwich in half and wrapped them up separately and magically it became two 6 inch sandwiches. I didn’t know that one extra paper costs $5!! This never happened at any other locations. Very disappointed and a complaint will be filed as well to the HQ.
