  I had a very disappointing experience at your store. The staff member I interacted with, Jemmi (if the name is correct), appeared rude and cranky during the service. I understand customer service jobs can be difficult, but customers should still be treated respectfully. If someone does not enjoy working in hospitality, it affects the customer experience. I kindly request the store owner or management to review what is happening at this location and take appropriate action to improve service. Thank you for your attention.

  I have been having the worst experiences at subways lately what the hell is going on in that company? The service is atroshish and that's me keeping it PG. June 12 at 7:30pm. Find better staff. The employee working was very rude and short for no reason. I went in with a smile, yes please, no please and by the time I left I was in a worse mood than when I went in just from how I was treated. As far as preparing the sub, I legit got 3 cucumbers, 2 little pickles and skimped on all the rest of the items. I'm done with this place. Between this one and the Elmsdale one these places are a joke now. Service is out the window. Thanks for nothing. I see why this place has so many horrible reviews and a solid 2.4/5 star rating. Trash.

  I order 6 inch they never have 6 inch sub always smaller size lady working there she is lots of attitude

  I placed an online order almost an hour ago for 2 tuna sandwiches. When I reached to pick up my order, guy at the restaurant said he doesn’t have any tuna available. I asked for a refund, he said he doesn’t have any authorization and he can’t do anything about it. He fooled me by asking me to google subway customer service number for a refund. When I googled, there was no subway cs contact number other than the branch number that is also a wrong number. I live a bit further at the airport and was taking a bus so I could not go back. Also, that person at the restaurant set it up as I have picked up my order which is a lie.
