  Terrible experience June 4 at 9pm. Walk in and it's empty. Nobody working. Then a lady walks out behind the back annoyed I was there. I didn't finish my text fast enough and she demanded what veggies I wanted. No further conversation. Zero tip of course and not even a thanks for goodbye. I will not be going back.

  Hi I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Subway fall river. The mobile app ordering was turned off while I was trying to place my order, and I was specifically trying to use the coupon for buy 2 footlongs and get 1 free. Because the app was unavailable, I couldn’t use the offer or collect my rewards points. It was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since these promotions are app-based. Hoping for a better and smoother experience next time.”

  Amazing food, friendly server. Only 1 person working with alot of customers in the store and we were still able to get our food within 5 mins. Give the worker a huge raise he deserves it.

  WORST FOOD EVER! I never recommend this subway to anyone the food is never a good size and extremely expensive. I ordered a footlong sub and they put barely any ingredients on it while it ended up being 20$ just for the sandwich. The staff were very rude and not polite. I’ve been in during lunch and they constantly yell at the high school kids for no reason. NOT HAPPY!
