This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Took 40 minutes to get two crunch wrap combos. The employees were very rude and looked very depressed. I am very allergic to cheese and I made sure to tell them no cheese on my crunch wrap. When I took a bite they had put nancho cheese And Shredded cheese. When I brought it back they didn’t even say sorry.

Abysmally terrible. Very poor quality food. Fries looked half eaten, tacos were extremely skinny and now I have a stomach ache after taking a bite. They were quick to refund, though. Left a review with corporate. Very disappointing and terribly sad state of things.

Me and boyfriend went here today and ordered our food around 7:50pm. It came to about $53.00. It took the cashier about 10 minutes to come over after messing around out back to take our order, and there were only about 2 other orders before us. After our order was placed the girl at the cashier had left to go wherever, and we waited 40 minutes until a guy came out front and asked us what we were waiting for. My boyfriend had told him we’ve been waiting 40 minutes for our food. The guy asked for our receipt which my boyfriend had given to him. There was another couple waiting for their food beside us who also had to have their order refunded.
Horrible experience, especially with such a simple task. I understand people are tired after a long day of work, but we’ve all had to do it, and failing at step 1 is an extremely negative experience for your customers.

I love taco bell food, the workers try their best to get everything right and on time, but sometimes because of long previous orders it takes time for the food to be made and served to us. Having more staff could help with the issue i guess

The entire place had to shut down yesterday. They left orders hanging for 40+ minutes and were difficult to anyone wanting a refund for the food they obviously weren’t going to get. They also didn’t communicate that they would be closing until long after a line of 15+ people had formed
