  Took 30 minutes to get the food only to have no meat in the taco when I tried to bring it back they showed that there was a little spec of meat and said they wouldn’t give me more. Don’t go here they need to learn

  I came around 8.40 and asked for a coke and they said we are close. If you are close then go home why are you standing at front. Worst store in mic mac never have anything to serve. Whoever is owner please let your employees know about customer service.

  Awful experience. Your staff need to treat people better and not close 20 minutes prior to the actual store hours. Maybe serve your customers in line before saying oh we are closed.

  they dont seem to give order numbers so everyone is standing around confused and not knowing what their order number is. after my order was finally called after standing and waiting forever, it managed to be completely wrong even after confirming the order number with the cashier when i received it. tacos were stale as well.

  Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. The food tasted awful, the wait times make no sense, and the service is ridiculously disorganized. People who ordered after us got their food first while we were left waiting. When we finally got our order, it was wrong. We were given items we never ordered, didn’t get everything we actually paid for, and they forgot the spicy honey mustard sauce. We also weren’t asked about sauces like Fire sauce. To make it even more frustrating, the screens were advertising the “$5 or less” menu, but when we tried to order several of those items, we were told we couldn’t get them. If they’re unavailable, why are they still being advertised? This place needs to get its act together. Between the terrible food, inconsistent wait times, wrong orders, and misleading menu displays, it was a complete waste of money. I won’t be coming back.
