  There is one male employee here who is incredible but if he is not working when you go in you can easily wait 30 minutes for your meal, even if only a few people are in front of you. I am not exaggerating. Today three people in matching uniforms were ahead of me, two were served and ate fully before the third even had his sub started. There just seems to be a lack of understanding of how to prioritize from basically all the staff. If you are in a hurry don't go here unless the one good employee is working. Also the automatic doors have been broken for months so if you are in a wheel chair you can't get in. Management really needs to ensure it is staffed adequately and those staff are trained decently.

  Subway, I can't enjoy you anymore. Nobody knows how to follow the ingredients right for a single dang sandwich. And your app always has veggies out of stock. Bring the flatbread back :/ I ordered a sub with the less option for onion and she loaded my sub with it. Wasn't toasted either, but for some reason only the bacon was but was it ever crispy. Apparently there was only ONE person working here alone when I contacted my dasher wondering why it was taking so long.. a sub that takes less than 5 minutes to make that was actually taking 30 minutes. This place was bangin' during the early 2000s. Now it's no longer my favourite fast food place. Quality is nowhere to be found. Also, found 3 different hair length strands in my food last time I ordered, yet thought MAYBE this time it would be different. Nope. The business will fall soon. Single sandwich with delivery was $25.

  Extremely slow service. They are understaffed for such a large setup. Expect a 15-20 minute wait in line. Staff throws food together to try to keep up. Management has failed this location.

  Rod has made me subs 4-5 times now through the drive thru and he does an amazing job. He’s also very nice and extremely friendly guy. SHOUTOUT ROD!
