  Just have to give a shout out to my favourite subway employee….Saturday Sept 12 at 11:30am. She is always kind, super efficient and makes everything just the way I like it. We always have a chat a quick laugh. When they discontinued the BBQ sauce she even saved some for me out back.

  Ordered online and was shocked how little ingredients were provided. I would estimate half of what is provided at other subways. My power bowl absolutely did not have 32g of protein as advertised. It also had sauce added instead of on the side and the refused to fix it, even though it was noted on the order. Had to call three times and go back to the store, and they tried to refuse a refund. Terrible customer service. I’ve given other subways 5 stars and go all the time (Scotia Square), but this location is terribly run and staff turnover is very high. Choose a different location!!!

  The older lady working today around 1215pm, is ignorant, you can t3ll she hates her job and is annoyed with everyone. I asked for a turkey bacon club, in which she made a point to correct me that they do not serve those on the menu any more, but, I could add bacon on to my turkey sandwich... lady, thats a turkey bacon club, why did you need to correct me, when clearly knew what you were making. I know its not a 5 star restaurant, but customer is huge for me and when I see people talking down to people, while they're serving it truly doesn't make me want to spend money at your establishment. She needs an attitude adjustment.

  Apparantly asking for extra cucumbers and tomatoes is a no no at the Portland st location. I was told by the girl who is always there with the red hair that the store is loosing money because of customers asking for extra toppings (vegtables) so will be charged. I understand extra cheese is extra but a few extra cucumbers??..What about the toppings I dont want...do I get a discount..no..even proceeded to say the store lost over $200.00 last month because of being asked for extra vegtables..so unprofessional. If I want subway I go to a different location even though this one is litterly 20 steps away from me. Lost 3 loyal customers because if this one person. If I order online and ask for extra cucumbers I dont get charged. Make it make sense. Ridiculous. I think she needs to step off her high horse she thinks she is on.
