  Excellent service Mellisa is efficient, always friendly very customer service oriented. She always makes my visit great and makes a great sub. She Always works hard making sure the restaurant is kept clean. I hope she is Rewarded for her efforts I run my own business and appreciate her service.

  I placed an online order with Uber and must have messed up without realizing it, because when it arrived, it was totally wrong. I couldn't even eat it and the salad itself, with delivery and tip, was expensive. I got in my car and I drove to the store it came from, and when I got there I looked at the young girl behind the counter and told her it was made wrong. Before she and I could have a conversation, an older woman came flying around the corner from the back of the store demanding that she made it properly. When I looked at my app, I realized I had made the mistake and apologized to her as she made me a new salad. Her demeanor was aggressive and confrontational and totally unnecessary. When she was done making my salad, she basically threw the bowl at me and stomped to the other end of the counter and openly started bad mouthing me to customers who just walked in the door. In a world of rising costs, good customer service should be a non-negotiable. This woman should not be on the front line dealing with customers. Perhaps a job behind a desk somewhere would suit her better.

  July 11 th around 9am lady working was extremely rude, I hope corporate or franchisee checks cameras. I had to walk out, oh wait she refused to do her job, so I didn’t have a choice.
