Ordered online in front of the staff, wanted to give verbal of my sauce and veggies and was denied they made me cancel my order.And told me that I had to order it through the app with the specified vegetables and sauce, even though i'm standing in front of them.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. After placing the order, I went inside. The place was totally empty, other then 3 employees chatting, not sure about what, they weren’t chatting in English. He told me it wouldn’t be ready until 13 minutes from now. I said that’s ok with me I’ll just wait. He said I could leave, wait in my car, I declined. He said the app will notify me I can just come back. I declined. He seemed annoyed by my waiting. The subs were ready 1 minute after the pick up time, which was fine, but odd since there were no other customers. Longest sub making I’ve ever seen. But that was ok. I thanked them and left. Upon arriving home with my two chicken subs, I found there to be no chicken at all. I was given two veggie subs. Then I saw there was also no bacon. I ordered bacon and paid extra but didn’t get it. I can only assume he was annoyed I waited inside and purposely left the chicken and bacon out. I live 30 minutes away so going back isn’t an option. Subway has gone so far downhill these past couple years. I’ll be switching restaurants for sure. They offer no refund. No discount. Just force us to accept terrible service for our money. If you asked me I’d tell you don’t go here, go anywhere else but here. Unfriendly staff. Long waits. And also ripping off our ingredients. Very disappointed in the standards now. Head office should start addressing this immediately.
