  Just watched the worker drop the oven pan on the ground she just put it back. Also went to get a drink and this gross black mold came out of the pop machine. She also didn't even take my order she skipped me despite waiting for her to take my order.

  One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. The customer service was poor and my order was made incorrectly despite giving clear instructions that I need a gluten free sub because of Celiac disease but she kept touching gluten stuff around and when we pointed that she is contaminating gluten free sub, she just rolled her eyes. And at the end when we paid for the stuff she threw the change on the table The overall experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

  This store is ridiculously understaffed. I waited 25 minutes at lunch hour to even begin to place my order because there was only one employee on staff. This is not about her - she was doing her best to manage the rush, make online orders as they came in, and bake bread, which they ran out of. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would have been better off driving to another location further away

  This was not a good Subway. First of all they didnt have the whole wheat bread, but that's not a big deal. But then the regular white bread they gave me was old - crusty, dry and tough. The turkey was also dry, like it had been sitting uncovered all day, and tasted a little off. The sandwich maker piled all the toppings, including the condiments, right in the middle of the bun, not spread down the length of it. It was a messy, crusty, dry sandwich lol and the staff didnt ask if it was to stay or go, so there was no bag and napkins to leave with my food in - I did grab some napkins on my way out, and maybe they don't give bags anymore? Anyway, not a good subway location. Won't be going back.
