  4pm and was greeted by a very pleasant lady from behind the counter as soon as I walked in.She continued to be helpful and smiling during the sandwich purchase and although I was the only customer at the time ,I was very impressed with her courtesy I only wish all fast food outlets had equally as good an employee ,she is a real asset

  Waited over 6 minutes at the drive through speaker to have my order taken. No cars in front of me.

  I was blown away by the attitude some people have toward service workers. A couple ordered a ridiculously overstuffed 6-inch sub and then actually complained that it was falling apart before walking out without taking it. The guy (Christiaan) working the counter handled it like a total pro. He stayed calm, cool, and collected through the whole thing. He might be new, but that level of composure is hard to find. I’m definitely coming back to support him!

  Only one person working behind the counter. She was busy doing the drive thru so we waited forever for our turn. After looking at the rotten veggies we chose to leave instead.
