  It seems like every time I come here, there is only one person working. The service is extremely slow because they need to have more than one person managing the workload. I made an online order and the app told me it was ready, but when I went inside it wasn’t even started (I was told it is on a 15-minute timer) because the employee was trying to stay afloat with in-person customers as well. They need more support!! So disappointed in Subway management. Support your employees! You are making the goal of good and fast service completely unattainable because this is the job of several people, not just one! Especially at lunch and supper times! (No discredit to the employee in question - they are very clearly trying their best to keep things moving and I empathize with the lack of good management making it much harder to do their job efficiently.)

  Person at the counter had one person in drive through and was making two sandwiches for them when I entered. Person made no eye contact zero acknowledgment I even existed with me being directly across the counter from them 3 feet away - they completed the drive through order then went back a did dishes, I waited for 7 minutes before calling out to see if anybody was available to take my order no answer after 3 more minutes of waiting - I hardly ever leave a review but this was one the worst experiences I’ve had at a business ever, I’ll never return to this location

  First of all how is this same women server still working here after all the same complaints? I have never seen anyone other then this 1 women working by herself . And how about this new force tip they do now on debit machines? I don't mind giving a tip but when your rude and don't make an attempt to smile or make the sandwich decent I don't want to be forced into tipping. Would recommend the owners to hire new staff, there is lots of qualified ppl who need jobs!

  Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to. 15min waiting with no cars in front of me. I would definitely avoid this subway location if you are in a hurry.

  I was just there and asked the server to changes her gloves because I have an allergy and she got pissed off at me saying "Why? I just touched everything int there!". Is this how you treat your customers? And this was from a "white" worker! Last time I go there! Improve or teach your customer service!
