- CPCory ProulxJul 5, 20261.0Only one person working the dinner rush. Waited about 5 mins for the two people ahead of me to get thier order. When I was at the front of the line an Uber eats driver stepped in front of me and the subway worker took thier order over mine, lining up 5 subs right in front of me. Not sure if this is official subway policy, but expect that wherever you are in line you might get bumped for some Uber order. It's been a while since I've been to a subway, but it's pretty clear that customer service is no longer thier concern.

I had to tell the lady working that a big chunk of her hair was on the yellow cheese , she left it there for a bit.And then finally took the piece of cheese and threw it out.The piece of cheese left the rest of the cheese in the container.Sitting there to serve customers. The whole thing of cheese should have been thrown one out. That is nasty. Why are they not wearing hair nuts? And then two people working. We're the only customers and the tables are filthy. Unreal very nasty and dirty
- HHhaileyMar 15, 20263.0Went in got my normal it seemed pretty good at first but when i went to the veggies cucumber was frozen you could see frost all over them and definitely not fresh, lettuce was yellow/browish looking, most veggies looked grossed half bad and frozen like their from yesterday not to great. 100% not fresh especially for the price you pay it’s honestly ridiculous. Subway use to be good and when the say it’s “fresh” it’s not its day old or even older i don’t know. But they have gone downhill by far.
